Ships and Boats 1.2.5 Mod Usage

Ship building
To create a ship, you must do the following:

• Build a shipyard
• Build your ship
• Craft a champagne bottle and smash it into the ship

Ship navigation
These are the controls of the ship:

• F: Turn engine on/off.
• W, S: Increase/decrease ship speed.
• A, D: Turn ship left or right
• R: Get out of the seat.

Note that these keys can be changed in MC settings. They are the same used to move your character.

Ships and Boats 1.2.5 Mod Configuration

You can modify the mod config file to tweak some if its elements.
The config file can be found in the Minecraft Folder under the config folder. The file is called mod_ShipsAndBoats.cfg
That file has several fields that you can change. This is the description of each of them:
The following options are to change ship-building requirements. Be careful, since if you make a ship too big, it may significantly slow down your computer:

• requireShipyardToBuildShip: If false, you only need to smash the champagne bottle to create the ship. No shipyard walls needed
• minShipSizeInBlocks: Minumum allowed ship size in blocks
• maxShipSizeInBlocks: Maximum allowed ship size in blocks
